The Kneipp Walk is one of the water and relaxation treatments that use hot and cold water alternation. Kneipp's walkway is made up of pools of cold and warm water. The hot water is about 40 °C cold about 12 °C. You walk slowly through individual pools, which are also lined with small pebbles. This allows the feet to be massaged from below and alternating hot and cold water to make the feet bleed.
